~ Nina My boyfriend and I stayed at one of the rooms in The Lodge. It was clean and cozy. The shower was spacious and the king sized bed was comfortable. It was convenient having utensils, wine glasses, coffee mugs, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in the room. Loved having a private balcony. It was a perfect getaway with contactless check-in and check-out. We will definitely be going back.

It was our daughters wedding and the entire facility was occupied with the wedding party and family. Every person from our party staying at East Island Reserve shared the same amazement at the quality of the facility and the value. Cannot wait to return!
~ Robert Wow, we loved it! So nice to find a free-standing building, rather than a hotel room, when traveling with a dog. Such adorable cottages with all the comforts of home. In fact, we discussed that the design is exactly what we'd build if we wanted to downsize to a one bedroom house.
~ Jessica My husband and I spent the weekend here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first time staying at East Island Reserve and it will definitely not be our last! I loved everything about our stay. Check in was so easy, getting a code in advance and not having to worry about arriving by a certain time. The room was so clean, smelled new and was decorated with a beach like charm. What impressed me the most was the small details such as a separate dark makeup towel and the bedside white noise machine. It was also a nice bonus to have the Newport Vineyard right next door in walking distance. Can't wait to come back again!!!

The kitchen was well equipped, we enjoyed the separate thermostat units for each floor, the extra towels and the washer/dryer was a nice added bonus! I will definitely be returning to this cottage, which is closely located to Newport Vineyards, Easton's Beach, the famous cliff walks, and Lucky Dog Resort for doggy day care!

The two bathrooms was a nice surprise. The grounds were clean and nicely groomed, easy to find and check in! Our group loved our stay!

~ Ami We stayed for our wedding week and encouraged guests to do the same. Many stayed for multiple nights. We heard absolutely no complaints. Everyone said they would stay again. The cottages are so perfect for this type of situation, allowing people to all be nearby, while also offering personal space. Management was unbelievably accommodating to our wedding- getting ready in the Adirondack room, extra vehicles at times for brief periods/ drop offs. It was perfect and we are so happy.
~ Noelle Cottage was pristine, homey and beautifully decorated with a beachy theme. Furniture and bed very comfy. Appreciated the extra touches like Keurig with kcups, paper towels, soaps, etc. Wonderful customer service letting us arrive earlier. Everything is so easy from reservation online to No in person checkin or checkout. Great location next to vineyard, 10 minutes to second beach, Newport and many great restaurants. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing environment. Loved it.

~ Melanie Wonderful place to stay. Five stars! Enjoyed the king size bed, The Bose sound system was great. Kitchenette was a plus and the bathroom was large with an extra large shower. I felt like I was at a spa. Plus the salt water heated pool is a nice touch. Guest services is wonderful. Very clean.

We were both very impressed with the cozy feel of the cottage and the amenities included, such as the bose speaker. He especially loved the heated bathroom floors! We visited the Adirondack room, which was decorated beautifully and included a nice assortment of teas/coffee.

The cottage was modern, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

~ Isabell Our second stay at East Island Reserve and not our last! Really love this place and it's close proximity to Newport. The cottages are clean, modern and well kept. They now offer a Continental breakfast which wasn't available on our first visit. Checking in and out couldn't be easier. Staff, when needed, were available, friendly and attentive to our needs. My wife and I love the coffee machine which can whip up an espresso, latte or cappuccino or other hot beverage FREE.
~ Ken This was the first time staying at the Reserve. I had my best friends 40th birthday to plan. I wanted to hit the last Polo match of the season and incorporate the fabulous Newport Vineyard that is adjacent to your property. We rented two cottages for on evening and all the ladies were impressed with the cleanliness, beautiful decor and comfortable beds. The property was beautiful and the customer service was on point. Most of the ladies will be coming back with their husbands. Absolutely a recommendable place to stay for people who are not from the state and native Rhode Islanders as well. The young lady at the front desk was surprised by our arrival as she had not yet received the info from the booking site. She was remarkable! She explained how nutty the day had been, that our room would not be ready until 6 pm and then offered us use of the Adirondack Room and pool. She checked us all in and provided us with key codes and access to pool/ Adirondack room. She came and collected us at the pool when the room was ready. She even came back to our room to make sure all was to our expectations and gave us a lovely bottle of wine from the local vineyard. She thanked us for our patience and understanding. You have a true professional in your employee! She represents your property at a very high level. BTW- our accommodations were fantastic.

We appreciated the charming design layout, upscale details and finishes, high quality linens and towels and all of the thoughtful amenities, such as the Keurig K-cups, laundry pods, etc. The location was very convenient to Newport and we enjoyed seeing the vineyard and farmland as we drove in.
